Irivo connects you with trusted neighbors for package pickup and delivery. Simply create a pickup request, and nearby Neighbor Helpers will be notified. Once accepted, your neighbor will collect your package and deliver it to you safely.

Irivo offers four plans: Pay-as-you-go ($2.99 per delivery), Essential ($12.50/month for up to 5 deliveries), Plus ($24.99/month for up to 10 deliveries), and Premium ($49.99/month for up to 20 deliveries plus insurance and VIP neighbors). Every pickup pays your Neighbor Helper $1.00 plus optional tips ($1-$3).

All Neighbor Helpers go through identity verification and background checks. We require photo confirmation of package pickup and delivery. Plus, our rating system helps you choose the most trusted helpers in your area.

We take package security seriously. If something goes wrong, contact our support team immediately. We work with both parties to resolve issues fairly and may provide compensation according to our Terms of Service.

Yes, you can cancel a pickup request before it's accepted by a Neighbor Helper without any fees. Once accepted, cancellation may result in a small cancellation fee to compensate the helper for their time.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The $1.00 helper payment and any tips you choose are charged to your payment method after successful delivery. Neighbor Helpers receive their earnings weekly.
