Our community guidelines for safe, respectful, and reliable package pickup services

Respect and Courtesy

  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with all community members
  • No harassment, profanity, or discrimination of any kind
  • Be patient and understanding when coordinating pickup times
  • Treat all neighbors with the same courtesy you would expect

Package Safety & Security

  • Never open or tamper with packages - This is strictly prohibited
  • Store all items securely indoors until handoff to the recipient
  • Handle packages with care, especially those marked as fragile
  • Take confirmation photos through the app when picking up packages
  • Report any damaged packages immediately through the app

Important Security Note

Package tampering or theft will result in immediate account suspension and may involve law enforcement.

Timeliness and Reliability

  • Complete all pickups within the agreed timeframe
  • Communicate promptly if delays or issues arise
  • Failure to show up after accepting a request may lead to account restrictions
  • Cancel requests responsibly - avoid last-minute cancellations when possible

Integrity and Honesty

  • Provide accurate information in your profile and requests
  • Never impersonate others or create fake accounts
  • Do not attempt to manipulate the rating or referral system
  • Be truthful in all communications and reviews
  • Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity immediately

Reporting Misconduct

Help keep our community safe by reporting inappropriate behavior:

  • Report unsafe or inappropriate behavior through the app immediately
  • All reports are reviewed by Irivo's trust and safety team within 48-72 hours
  • Provide as much detail as possible when filing reports
  • False reporting may result in account penalties

Emergency Support

For urgent safety concerns, contact our support team immediately through the app's help center.

Consequences and Enforcement

Warning System

  • First violation: Written warning and educational resources
  • Second violation: Temporary account restriction (3-7 days)
  • Third violation: Extended suspension or permanent removal

Severe Violations

The following may result in immediate account suspension:

  • Package theft or tampering
  • Harassment or threatening behavior
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of safety protocols
